Refund and Returns Policy

At Crochet Making Set, we strive to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your items, we offer a 14-day return policy. You have up to 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging with tags still attached. You will also need to provide proof of purchase, such as a receipt, to complete the return process.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please check your order upon arrival. If you find that your item is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, please reach out to us immediately so we can assist in resolving the issue.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, some items cannot be returned once opened or used. These will be clearly marked on the product pages. Additionally, sale items and gift cards are not eligible for return. If you have any concerns about a specific item, please feel free to contact us.

Exchanges

If you’d like to exchange an item, we recommend processing a return for the original item first. Once your return is approved, you can place a new order for the item you’d like to receive.

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund. If the return is approved, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or payment provider to finalize the refund.
